That Agreement affords you the opportunity to protectively own and operate TheHomeMag in your specific available city of interest. We will train you, teach you, and drive you to become a great Publisher in our system. We are with you every publication, as we handle your design, production, mailing list management, and ongoing training. You will be a member of a limited group of professionals that, much like yourself, came from other avenues in their lives to get involved with TheHomeMag.
To receive a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), please ask to complete a Request for Franchise Consideration. This will allow us to see your viability in starting on this venture. We will review your Request in detail, and provide our FDD to those qualified candidates. Your 14 day due diligence period will begin once you receive the Disclosure Documents. We will answer any and all questions, but will never ask you for money during this period. This is your investigative period – so please make the most of it. If at the end of your discovery period you wish to join us, we will ask you to execute our Franchise Agreement, a document that is filed with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and those States requiring a filing. Upon execution of the Franchise Agreement, your hard work begins.
